Raquel Gottsch Koehler
CEO & Owner of FarmHER + RanchHER
Raquel Gottsch Koehler is the owner and Chief Executive Officer of FarmHer, Inc., the parent company of FarmHER + RanchHER. In this role, Raquel oversees innovative marketing, media, event, and public relations strategies to increase the two lifestyle brands’ mission to shine a light on women in agriculture. Over the past almost 20 years, Raquel has worked alongside her father and sister in growing their family’s company, Rural Media Group, the world’s leading multimedia content provider dedicated to the rural and western way of life and owners of RFD-TV, The Cowboy Channel, The Cowgirl Channel and Rural Radio 147 on SiriusXM. Most recently, Raquel was CEO of The Cowboy Channel but changed roles within RMG in early 2024 when the opportunity to acquire FarmHer, Inc. was presented to her. Supporting FarmHer has always been an important part of Raquel’s life as for the past 8 years, she has served on the FarmHer Inc. board and was responsible for executive producing FarmHer on RFD-TV during its first season on-air. There has been one common theme throughout Raquel’s career and that is she is very passionate about connecting and providing opportunities for women in agriculture.

Kirbe Schnoor
FarmHER + RanchHER TV Host
Coming to Texas via California, where she was raised on her family’s almond farm in the Central Valley, Kirbe believes in educating audiences about the agriculture and livestock industries, where their food comes from, the clothes on their back, and the people who make it all possible! Kirbe moved to Fort Worth after college to work for Superior Livestock Auction, hosting a daily live broadcast on the cattle market and industry fluctuations that aired on RFD-TV. She became the resident Western Lifestyle and Agricultural Reporter for RFD-TV and The Cowboy Channel--a job that took her cross-country to interview rodeo athletes, livestock exhibitors, entrepreneurs, and public figures. From the fields to the red carpet, she’s covered every aspect of Western life and culture.

Annaliese Wegner
Dairy FarmHER + Ag Influencer
Annaliese Wegner is a passionate dairy farmer from Wisconsin. She tends to her farm alongside her husband and two children in Ettrick. Beyond the daily responsibilities of caring for her family and her beloved calves, Annaliese is a dedicated advocate for agriculture. With over 11 years of experience, she has become a seasoned voice in the online realm, using social media to share her farm's story.
Annaliese firmly believes that it takes the collective effort of everyone in the agricultural community to bridge the gap between farm and table. However, she emphasizes that each individual has a unique story to tell, and there's no one-size-fits-all approach to sharing it.

Mary Heffernan
Cattle RanchHER + Entrepreneur
Mary Heffernan runs Five Marys Ranch with her husband, Brian, in Northern California, where they raise Black Angus cattle, Heritage Berkshire hogs, and Navajo Churro lambs. They both come from families with deep roots in California agriculture and share a passion for traditional farming methods.
In addition to their ranching operation, Mary and Brian share their entrepreneurial spirit with others through the M5 Entrepreneurs Academy. This initiative gives aspiring entrepreneurs the tools and knowledge to start and grow their own ventures. The academy offers over 40 workshops covering various topics essential for small business success, all accessible online with lifetime access.
